Every tier includes a base size. Beyond that you pay per extra room, so a bigger home costs more and a smaller one costs less.

Travel is charged once per visit and is never discounted — we discount our labour, not our fuel.

How billing works
- One-time jobs hold the slot with a 25% deposit. The balance is due after the clean.
- Recurring plans take no deposit — each visit is billed after it is done.
- Every tier has a minimum charge, so a small condo on a weekly plan never prices below cost.
- GST of 5% is added at checkout. There is no provincial sales tax in Alberta.
- Your price is locked to your booking. If we reprice the catalogue tomorrow, your existing bookings do not change.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled start.
